A very interesting article on carbon dioxide in rivers by Sarah Whitman discussing how carbon flows through freshwater bodies which can be applied to pollution and nutrients in the future.

Do enjoy!

Coastal Conservation – Grande Riviere

Digital information has been added to the library collection discussing Grande Riviere and its four stations established in 2000 (to investigate beach dynamics and risks posed to the leatherback eggs), as part of a larger study on coastal conservation.

Illustrations are also available in terms of pictures, graphs and relevant maps. The information presented includes sediment elevations, erosion, wave and wind description, as well as, status of the stations themselves.

Persons interested in this information can send me an email or check me by my desk. Happy reading. đŸ™‚
