We have received our digital copy of the Water Well Journal for November 2015 from the National Ground Water Association (NGWA).
Topics discussed in this issue include sustaining hand pumps in developing countries, a team approach to preventing injury and illness, field methods for identifying carbonate and sulfate rocks and a glance at the upcoming Ground Water Expo. Also included in the featured articles, is one that is especially helpful to managers and supervisors, on how to become an active listener.
Although our focus may not be so much on groundwater anymore, since we more focus on surface water, this journal is useful for us to have a general knowledge of issues and trends, as well as, provides meaningful articles that apply to the workplace.
For those of you interested in viewing this journal please check me at my desk or send me an email. 🙂
